Wild Horizon Ring

A little landscape you can wear.

The stone is Deschutes picture jasper from Oregon, and every time I look at it I see a wide open landscape in those natural layers of brown, rust and cream. Almost like distant hills, dry earth and an endless horizon caught inside the stone.

I paired it with a running horse because it felt like the most natural thing to do. There is something about this stone that immediately brings to mind space, movement and freedom. Open country. Wind. That feeling of looking ahead and knowing there is still somewhere to go.

The ring is handmade in sterling silver, with an oxidized finish that brings out the details of the horse and gives the whole piece a little more depth. The band will be made from 2.5 mm round sterling silver wire.

This is a one of a kind ring. The exact landscape inside this stone exists only once.
